Both of the two construction companies are part of the Neville Trust Group of Companies which includes property investment and development, and is the holding company for Neville Funeral Services Ltd.  The Group as a whole has net assets including investments in excess of £10 million at current market rate which provides reassurance to clients of the Group’s standing and commitment to trading with integrity which it has done for the past 135 years.

• Work is starting on Phase 2 of the £1 million refurbishment of the Doctors Surgery in Harpenden owned by Neville Trust Ltd which is scheduled to complete in the summer of 2012.
  
• Further enabling works to a residential site in Luton with the planned development enabling the marketing of the houses in summer 2012.
  
• September 2011 sees the successful completion of a £1.7 million residential new build in Elstree for private clients.
