Many of our senior positions including Directors have now been won by former apprentices who have developed their skills throughout their career based on a sound craft and technical training.
The company has an enviable record of award winners locally, regionally and nationally. Each year new groups of young people are carefully selected to join the many divisions of the company, as our future will be dependent on the standard of our training today.
